We are committed to the health and safety of our Associates and the environment in the communities we serve.
At Integer™, we believe social and environmental responsibility is critical to improving the quality of life for our associates, customers and stakeholders. Incorporating environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) into all aspects of our business is vital to sustaining and improving the areas where we live, work and do business.
Integer aims to grow and operate responsibly with no accidents, incidents or harm to our associates, the environment or society. Along with corporate-wide goals, each of our manufacturing facilities sets yearly site-specific goals to ensure all of our associates work together to reduce risk and drive world-class EHSS performance
Integer is committed to reasonable due diligence and responsible sourcing and has adopted a Conflict Minerals Policy in alignment with our company values and Code of Conduct. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted rules requiring Integer to conduct due diligence on our supply chain to determine if products contain Conflict Minerals under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (“Dodd-Frank Act”). Conflict Minerals are defined as tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG) originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries where those businesses directly or indirectly finance armed groups in those countries.
