Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability

At Integer™, we believe in what is right. The health and safety of our Associates, as well as social and environmental responsibility is critical to improving the quality of life for ourselves, customers and stakeholders. Incorporating environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) into all areas of the Company is vital in order to sustain and improve the areas in which we live, work and do business. Integer’s long-term EHSS vision is to grow and operate responsibly with no accidents, incidents or harm to the environment or society. Along with corporate-wide goals, each of our of manufacturing facilities is committed to our EHSS vision through operational ownership and sets yearly site specific goals to ensure all of our Associates work together and are a part of reducing risk and driving world-class EHSS performance.  

Conflict Minerals

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted rules requiring Integer to conduct due diligence on our supply chain to determine if products contain Conflict Minerals under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (“Dodd-Frank Act”). Conflict Minerals are defined as tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG) originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries where those businesses directly or indirectly finance armed groups in those countries. Integer is committed to reasonable due diligence and responsible sourcing and has adopted a Conflict Minerals Policy in alignment with our company values and Code of Conduct.
